Role and responsibility

The Agency is responsible for mobilizing, managing and safeguarding APLA’s financial resources, within the Authority’s commitments to budgeting, reporting and financial accountability.

The Agency works within the wider constitutional and institutional architecture coordinated through the Office of the Secretary General and the Secretariat. Detailed responsibilities remain governed by the approved Framework and Terms of Reference.
