Role and responsibility

The Agency coordinates welfare programs, assistance to vulnerable people and affected communities, and appropriate rehabilitation and reintegration initiatives.

The Agency works within the wider constitutional and institutional architecture coordinated through the Office of the Secretary General and the Secretariat. Detailed responsibilities remain governed by the approved Framework and Terms of Reference.
